Returns and Change of Mind
By default, Vortex PC does not offer refunds or returns for a simple change of mind, if you purchased the wrong product or found it cheaper someplace else.

Before purchasing it is important that the customer research their specific personal requirements, the technical specifications of the product and any additional information required to make an informed purchase. Vortex PC will not be held responsible if you did not research your requirements and purchased the wrong product for your needs.

If Vortex PC does elect to accept a return, a minimum 25% re-stocking fee will apply of the original purchase price and any shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

This is to cover our staff labor costs to clean, check, test, wipe data and repackage the product. Any returns must have all the original packaging, accessories and documentation present.
Shipping Information
Vortex PC ships Australia wide with both Australia Post and Aramex Couriers.

Currently Vortex PC does not offer local pickup for products purchased online.
​
Vortex PC does not ship internationally.

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of your purchase depending on complexity of the PC build and current amount of orders in the system. Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly during busier times (Christmas for example).

You will be notified by email when your PC has been shipped and you will receive all relevant tracking information. Shipping time is 1 to 3 business days depending on your location in Australia. At this current time we do not offer express postage.

If you believe your PC has been damaged during the shipping process - please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage and email them to us along with all relevant order and customer information. We will review the damage claim and organise a return and replacement, or a return and full refund.
